    Every feature is on, every customer is on the same plan. We're collecting feedback and tuning the product before pricing lands.

  2. August 2026

    Plans & prices published

    We publish the final plans and prices on this page during August 2026. Beta customers get a heads-up email the same day.

  3. 31 August 2026

    End of beta

    Beta ends. Existing accounts keep working - we don't lock anyone out without warning. You'll have until launch to pick a plan.

  4. 1 September 2026

    Paid plans go live

    Paid plans start. Beta customers get a 30-day grace period to choose a plan or export data. We commit to keeping prices reasonable for everyone who tried us during beta.

Common questions

Will Seneca keep working after the beta ends?
Existing accounts keep working between 31 August 2026 and 1 September 2026. Once paid plans launch, you'll have a 30-day grace period to pick a plan or export your data. Nobody is locked out without warning.
What happens to my data if I don't continue?
You can export everything from the console - your knowledge base, conversations, agent configuration. After 30 days from account deletion, data is permanently removed from our systems.
How do I find out the actual prices?
Watch this page. Plans and prices will be published here during August 2026. Every beta customer also gets an email when prices are public.
What happens when I hit the 500-conversation cap?
The widget stops appearing on your site for the rest of the month, so visitors don't sit waiting for an answer that won't come. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month. Conversations already in progress finish normally.
Will there be a free plan?
We haven't decided yet. We're shaping the plans during beta based on what beta customers actually use. If you have an opinion, tell us at hello@senecabot.com.
What if I need enterprise terms?
Email hello@senecabot.com - we'll talk about volume, SLAs, dedicated EU hosting, and anything else you need on top of the standard plans.
